Sunshine Coast Accomodation

Gday Everyone,
I'm buying a place on the sunny coast on 14/1/11. I've got tenants from the start of February, but it would help if I can rent a room to backpackers for a couple of weeks from 15/1/11. $300 for 2 weeks, or we can work something out if you want a shorter stay. It's a house across the road from Surfair, so it's extremely handy for the beach, the airport, Maroochydore and Coolum. Reply with details and we'll go from there.
