Brisbane Room to rent - Short Term Female

Hi i am renting my room out as of the 9th May for 4 months as i have to go and do my "fam" duties to gain my 2nd year visa.

I live in a nice house in Morningside, Brisbane with my wonderful flatmates 1 x female (Kiwi) 1 x male (swedish) Both are 30 and are working professional who live in Brissie. So if you are looking for some local knowledge they will help you!

Your accommodation is 1 x bedroom either furnished or unfurnished and built in wardrobes. You will share the bathroom with the male (he is tidy) Downstairs we have the lounge area, kitchen with a further lounge area and dinning area, plus a nice size of out door social area.

The accommodation is 15min walk to the train station (15/20 in to CBD) and also 5min from the bus station. You will be ion the gateway to both the Sunshine and Goldcoast highway, making them in easy reach!!

The rent is $160 per week and that includes the use of the internet (not power this comes in every quarter).

Bond: $560.
