Anyway, my house is pratically in the city..just 15min from the federation square and flinder station and the tram stop is distant only 5min from the house. Best location cause is very closed at all (library,swimming pool,pubs,shops) and lygon st. too, with plenty restaurants,bar and entertaiment stuff.
There are 2 badroom, 1 tv room with a big tv (i just bought a few days before..) i love watch movie, 1 study room with pc and internet available, 1 kitchen, 1 toliet and 1 shower and a amazing back yard with fruits tree
.The room available is the big one. The price is all inclused. (internet,bill, gas, laundry..)
You can stay there for a week, for a few weeks or for a few months..flexible condition and good condition.
